GeekUp - Ruby and Rails Conference mini-site
Co-conspiring with fellow GeekUper Andrew Disley, the website for the first major event organised by GeekUp was produced in record time in the build up to a seminal GeekUp event, and one which has helped to develop the community of web designers and developers in the North West of England, a community which continues to go from stength to strength.
The site needed to get the point across in the least complicated manner, only important information was included, and using colours and imagery common the the subject of the event, the site provided the online facing element to the conference, organised and ran by a community of like-minded web folk.
