World Cup fixtures page
Monday, June 5th, 2006
For people using safari, only because I’m too lazy to check in anything else, something pretty for you to keep track of world cup group stage games. It has a somewhat English leaning, but then, I am English, so sue me. Please don’t tell me how messy the code is, I know, I just whipped […]
mia: my stat needs fulfilled!
Friday, May 26th, 2006
Having seen Michael McCrackens excellent idea to create a single site web viewer (not a browser, becuase you can’t browse!) for Gmail, I thought it might be a nice introduction to mac applications - and Xcode - to have a play around and create a stats viewer for my website.
Before I go any further […]
A quick update
Tuesday, April 18th, 2006
Just a quick note to introduce the new widget gallery I’m working on, choose widgets from the top menu and behold the messy, invalid mess that currently exists. It’s a shambles at the minute, but I’m working on it as we speak, and just trying to figure out placement and layout at this point. You […]
Brand New: Bite Size Standards
Saturday, April 15th, 2006
Bite Size Standards is the work of a group of people who I respect immensely, people who are all really good at what they do, and have proven so in coming through with a really good site. Bite Size standards is just the sort of thing I could have done with when I was educating […]
36 Degrees widget V3
Sunday, February 5th, 2006
That’s right, another update to the 36 Degrees widget for you to digest. This time it’s really a feature improvement rather than a graphical redirection.
The front of the widget now contains a search function, which when used will bring you to the results page of the site in your chosen web browser. Given the nature […]
Redesign, Realign, Whatever.
Monday, January 9th, 2006
That’s right, 36 degrees design has changed clothes. Call a redesign, realign, whatever you like. The site has had a complete overhaul and I’m still putting the finishing touches to it. I’ve also moved over to wordpress from the system I have been fighting with for a couple of years.
Feature-wise, the site hasn’t changed […]
Truck Festival 2005
Sunday, July 24th, 2005
So this weekend was the culmination of a lot of hard work for a lot of people, the annual Truck Festival descended on the sleepy Oxfordshire village of Steventon. My role in the whole thing was the website, which was just one small cog in a huge machine of people who have put an unbelievable […]

How about some photos, links or a feed
Welcome to 36 Degrees Design. This website is the personal portfolio and journal of Stuart Frisby, a web designer in Liverpool, England. I create websites using the latest in web standards, and can offer you a personal service, as well as over five years of professional experience in the web design industry.
I am currently studying at John Moores University in Liverpool for a degree in International Business Studies & Japanese. I sing, play the guitar (poorly), I am a Coventry City fan, and despite that, I enjoy football, and most other sports from the comfort of an armchair.
My favourite band are Radiohead, my favourite author is H. Murakami, my favourite film is Fargo and my favourite colour is, well, blue, actually.
There is a chance that you don’t want a website at all, and that being the case, you may like to take a browse through my blog, or delve into the music section where you can download some of my material. feel free to have a good nose, and do give me a shout via the contact section if you have something on your mind.
